Sharon M. Tomaski, M.D.
Dr. Tomaski is a Board Certified, Fellowship Trained, Pediatric Otolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon who specializes in ailments to the ear, nose, throat, head and neck of children. Dr. Tomaski held both the position of Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology and Assistant Chief of Otolaryngology at Tripler Regional Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. An honors graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. Tomaski completed her residency at Tripler Medical Center, followed by sub-specialty Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She has also completed a prestigious research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Dr. Tomaski has been an instructor at the George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. and Assistant Professor at both the University of Hawaii School of Medicine, Honolulu, Hawaii and the Uniformed Services University of the Uniformed Services in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Tomaski is a widely published author in many Otolaryngology texts and journals and has presented her work at many regional, national, and international Ear, Nose, and Throat meetings. She was the first female President of the Hawaii Society of Otolaryngology and a member of the Board of Governors for the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Tomaski is a member of the American Medical Association and a Fellow in both the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery and the Society for Ear, Nose & Throat Advancement in Children.
Dr. Tomaski's Publications, Presentations. Dr. Tomaski has even appeard on an episode of 'Rescue 911 - 200 Lives Saved' hosted by William Shatner when she was a Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Fellow at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. The Office Staff
When you come in for your appointment, you will meet an outstanding group of individuals who are there to help you.
The Receptionist will assist you with signing in, completing the patient information forms, and collecting any necessary co-payment and deductible required by your insurance plan. You can save time in the office by filling out the necessary forms in advance and in the comfort of your own home. You'll find all our forms in the Patient Forms section.
If an extra set of hands is needed during your appointment, the Medical Assistant may come into your examination room and assist Dr. Tomaski. In addition if the determination is made that surgery is required, the Surgery Scheduler will be happy to select a convenient date and time for you at one of the hospitals Dr. Tomaski is affiliated with. We have provided links to the hospital Web sites if you would like to know more information about them or where they are located.
We have an exceptional audiologist who can provide you your hearing examination or other hearing related services when needed.
