Fees and Insurance. 

Fees charged in the office are comparable to those charged by other Fellowship trained Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeons in this area.  We recognize the need for a clear understanding between the patient and the office regarding financial arrangements for medical and surgical care. Please feel free to inquire about our fees if you have a question.  Due to the wide number of insurance plans, we will be making a copy of your current insurance card when you visit.  All questions about your insurance must be directed to your insurance’s member services department.  Generally co-payments for your office visit will be expected by cash or check at the time of your visit.
